These terms explain how order requests, custom offers, pickup, local delivery, shipping, and general site use work for Chien's Treats.

Menu items, inventory, local-delivery windows, and shipping methods can change. Submitting an order request reserves review time, not a final commitment, until Chien's Treats confirms the request.
Products can be offered for pickup, local delivery, shipping, or quote-only ordering. The site may hide a method when the selected items, saved address, lead time, inventory, or bakery settings are not eligible.
Pickup customers are responsible for arriving during the confirmed pickup window. Local delivery is available only within the configured delivery area and scheduled delivery runs.
For local delivery, customers are responsible for making sure someone can receive the order at the confirmed address and window. Missed handoffs, inaccessible locations, unsafe drop-off conditions, or incorrect delivery details may require rescheduling, pickup, or a new order at the bakery's discretion.
Shipping uses bakery-configured flat-rate methods. Carrier timing can change after handoff, and Chien's Treats does not promise exact delivery dates unless a written custom agreement says otherwise.
Perishable treats should be received promptly. After a local-delivery handoff or carrier handoff is completed, customers are responsible for promptly collecting, storing, and monitoring the treats once delivery or tracking information is shared.
If a shipped order arrives damaged, email hello@chientreats.com promptly with the order number, delivery date, package photos, and product photos so Chien's Treats can review the issue and determine the available replacement, credit, refund, or carrier-claim next step.
Quote requests and quote-only products may result in a custom offer with line items, fulfillment details, an expiration time, and a payment link. A custom offer is not accepted until the customer accepts it through the site.
Payments are handled through hosted Stripe Checkout unless Chien's Treats explicitly arranges another payment method. Shipping charges shown in Checkout reflect the flat-rate method selected or quoted for the order.
Order changes, cancellations, or reschedule requests should be made as early as possible. Changes are not guaranteed after ingredients have been purchased, inventory has been reserved, or baking/packing has started.
The bakery may propose a customer-approved reschedule or apply an operational override when a schedule change has already been coordinated outside the site. The order history will show these updates when they are made in the dashboard.
Refund eligibility depends on timing, product type, perishability, and work already completed. Custom and perishable work may not be eligible for a full refund once production is underway.
Please use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its normal operation, security, or availability.
All branding, photography, copy, and original menu content remain the property of Chien's Treats unless otherwise noted.
