Menu items rotate week to week. Availability is only confirmed once we reply to your inquiry or approve your order request.

Submitting a request through the site does not guarantee fulfillment, pricing, or pickup timing until Chien's Treats confirms it directly.

Pickup details are shared after an order is confirmed. Customers are responsible for arriving during the agreed pickup window.

If you need to change a pickup time, contact us as early as possible. We will do our best, but changes are not guaranteed after a bake has been scheduled.

Some custom orders may require advance payment or deposit confirmation before production begins.

Order changes or cancellations requested after ingredients have been purchased or baking has started may not be eligible for a full refund.

Please use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its normal operation, security, or availability.

All branding, photography, copy, and original menu content remain the property of Chien's Treats unless otherwise noted.
